Tout a commencé à la fin de l’été 2005, lorsque Cathy m’a lancé cette phrase devenue depuis notre devise : « Voici venir le temps des châtaignes. » Cette remarque anodine a déclenché une véritable quête.

Nous avons alors pris la route, direction l’Ardèche et le Piémont, terres d’excellence du châtaignier. Ce voyage n’était pas seulement une découverte gustative, mais une mission : trouver le meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour satisfaire nos exigences et celles de nos clients.

Aujourd’hui, cette démarche initiale structure notre sélection.
